Complete 3D SolidWorks design service with developed technical and technological documentation for the final production process. Programming in CAM for different CNC machines enables the most precise and efficient production of various components. The design process involves defining processing parameters, selecting the right tools, setting cutting speeds and feed rates, and simulating the machining process to ensure precision and efficiency in production.
This process is most commonly applied to cylindrical workpieces but can also be used for machining other shapes. Turning is particularly suitable for achieving high precision in shaping and dimensioning the workpiece, and is widely used in the industry for producing shafts, spindles, rollers, and other cylindrical components.
Milling is one of the most important machining processes in modern production. This process enables high precision and flexibility in machining a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, and composites.
Drilling is a technological process in which a rotating tool (drill) creates a cylindrical hole in the material. Drilling is one of the most common machining operations in the industry and is used to create holes, threaded holes, and other cavities in the workpiece.
The grinding process is performed on a machine grinder where the spindle penetrates the workpiece. This is how we get a fine machined surface and measurement accuracy in microns... Based on the material of the workpiece being processed, we choose the highest quality melt and granulation.
